My Isekai Life

Top 10 Upcoming Summer Animes My Isekai Life

My isakai life is the most recent addition to the ever-expanding isakai collection. So, what’s this time’s gimmick? Yuji Sano, a monster taming power fantasy called as a monster tamer, finds himself burdened with a task that makes it difficult to be an explorer. Being a monster tamer, on the other hand, has its rewards, especially when it allows him to meet some fantastic slimes, study some mystical books, and see himself as more than just a monster tamer. No, this man is now a sage, and he appears to be on his way to becoming the most powerful. In the world, I’m getting severe Arifureta vibes from this narrative. Don’t you think your seemingly pointless profession makes some jerk useful and sets him on his way to become the world’s strongest? It’s a tried-and-true formula for a power fantasy, and if you enjoy the genre, you’ll enjoy the show for it.

Rent a girlfriend Season 2

Rent a girlfriend Season 2

Rent a girlfriend is making its return. Girlfriend didn’t take too long to make an impact. It’s one of the most polarizing series now for many reasons but as they say, polarized publicity is better than nothing and it’s propelled the series into getting a second season. You’ve got to thank the discussions and weekly social media buzz for that I think. Well, what else can I say about rent a girlfriend? I always compare it to the likes of girlfriend girlfriend in the sense that it’s the show that bumbles around with the slice of life shenanigans developing the girls and raising their stock for fans to get invested in before catching us with a major revelation or two. Look for more of the same in the second season of rent a girlfriend. This means, more memes, more cute moments, more Kazuya establishing himself as the most controversial hero in the genre and more community craziness that only rent a girlfriend can cause. I’m definitely looking forward to this one

Call of the night

Call of the night

Our main character is a bored middle school student who is tired of putting on the act of being the ideal student. He drops out of school and begins a downward spiral in his life, experiencing sleeplessness as a result. Nazuna, a strange girl, figures out that the basis of his difficulties is an internal will that prevents him from enjoying genuine freedom, so she invites him to her apartment and plants the vampire’s kiss on him. I’m sure I’ve seen the notion of Call of the Night before, but the manga adds something unique to the mix. It’s one of those cosy humorous novels that draws you in with a laid-back environment before moving on to mystery and other genres. From the creator of Dagashi Kashi, this is an entertaining read. I’m excited about this one because the anime production team features an all-star cast.

Overlord Season 4

Overlord Season 4

Overlord was a forerunner in its day when the isekai craze was only getting started. Who knew it could be so much fun to see an overbearing tyrant (no pun intended) make Fibo’s citizens kneel? Many people loved the series, and it rapidly became one of the most popular Isekai in the community. This summer, Ainz and the gang return for the fourth part of the series. If the trend continues, the fourth season of Overlord should cover volumes 10 to 12 of the literary source material. Readers know what to expect: kingdom-building adventures in the dwarf kingdom, as well as a possible cliffhanger leading to the highly awaited holy kingdom arc. I, for one, am overjoyed to see Ainz create hell and showcase his prowess once more. Glad to see you back, overlord.

Danmachi Season 4

Danmachi Season 4

For Danmachi fans in this country, it’s been a long path. I didn’t think it would get this far when it first aired. But here we are, three seasons later, in a movie. This summer, Danmachi returns for its fourth season. It’s as though the series had its ups and downs. While I believe the series is in a good place right now, the cut content in recent seasons hasn’t exactly helped the franchise’s image. However, given the source material available to the animation team for the fourth season, I can’t wait any longer. How could I not when the season will have one of the series’ strongest arcs? We’ll be treated to action-packed arcs, hyped encounters, and dungeon challenges unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. Fans of Ryu and Freya will have something to look forward to in the near future, so stay tuned.

BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy

BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy

Bastard was never the most popular anime in the 1990s, so seeing it get a contemporary adaptation is a pleasant surprise. The tale is essentially a dark fantasy set in a post-apocalyptic world, with wizards striving to awaken the god of destruction threatening the kingdom of Metallicana. In his despair, Hybrid’s geo decides to proverbially press the panic button. As a result, he unleashes the black wizard Schneider, a formidable magician. Unsealing the evil wizard could be the kingdom’s only hope against the four lords of havoc, but will his presence tip the battle’s tide? Bastard felt like it was ahead of its time, combining the traditional fare of fantasy magic with a cast of morally questionable individuals. With the hilarious metal band references, it’s easy to understand why it’s been compared to both Jojo and Berserk. Fans of both series will have something to watch, and it’ll be available on Netflix this summer.

Classroom of Elite Season 2

Classroom of Elite Season 2

The classroom of the elite makes its much-anticipated return. Nothing is impossible goes and all added. Nobody ever thought that classroom of the elite would get a second chance at the limelight but here we are. Hey, though we’ve learned from the Tawaro series already, right? Also, another testament to this coming up later, for those who weren’t around back then because it really was a long time ago, the classroom of the elite tells of utopian school students enjoy unparalleled freedom in this prestigious academy, save for the lowest of the loan. Class D is where the school dumps the worst students and it’s here that we find Kiyotaka brilliant but lazy. He gets paired with the unsociable Suzune and the Pepe class idol Geekio, will this odd trio overcome the odds and reach the top of the school rankings? Now that’s the premise of the series in a nutshell. I’m honestly more curious as to how they’ll fix things for the second season considering the changes they did with character writing in the first one. Yeah, light novel adaptation syndrome but much more magnified than usual. Either way, I’m excited to see the gang back so I’ll be keeping this in my sights.

Lucifer and the biscuit hammer

Lucifer and the biscuit hammer

Lucifer and the Biscuit hammer! Wow! When was the last time I heard that name? The manga was highly popular in the 2000s, but it will finally get an anime adaptation almost two decades later. A Mage with a biscuit hammer threatens the world in this series. A massive mallet is poised in orbit, ready to deliver the fatal blow that will bring the world to an end. To stop this, Amamiya Yuhi must join the princess and the Beast Knights, a ragged group of misfits. While Yuhi has no interest in rescuing the world, he is interested in serving the princess, who is only interested in preserving the world so she may destroy it. As a result, the cult favourite is finally getting an anime adaptation. It’s bizarre, wild, and entertaining in the best possible manner. It’s an adventure series that combines magic, a very amusing ragtag group of people, and a pinch of romance. It’s a strange tale that’s a lot more interesting than it appears at first.

Devil is a Part-Timer Season 2!

Devil is a Part-Timer Season 2!

Devil is a part-timer and ultimately gets a second season ten years later. The world has changed, and the light novel’s ending has been contentious to say the least, but that doesn’t mean that all of the excitement has vanished, as the community erupted in joy when the news was announced. Devil is a part-timer was a popular isekai in its day, and it depicts the story of the demon king Sadao being forced to earth thanks to the hero Emi Yusa’s efforts. Emi pursues him to Earth, determined to finish the task, only to discover that they have both lost their powers. Unfortunately, the two wind up as fish out of water on Earth, pushed into low-wage professions and the tribulations of human life, such as bills, rent, and other such things. Their past eventually catches up with them, and one must question how they will deal with challenges from their previous world, and thus the adventure begins in the second season of Devil is a Part-Timer. Because the first season has such a strong legacy, you should see it before moving on to the second. One, it’s well worth your time, and it’ll get you up to speed on what to expect from season two.
